I've been riding a softride for a while now, but jsut last year got a Softride solo to use as my road/tri bike. However, once I got the road version I noticed the bobbing up and down some and have tried to smooth it out by making my pedalling motion more circular. I am still left bobbing up and down even with my more circular motion. I love the bike and wouldn't trade it for anything, but since we have to be as efficient as possible in Triathlons to conserve our energy, I was wondering if any other softride or beam bike riders have any suggestions for limiting the bob on the seat. It isn't like I am dying at the end because of lost energy, but anything to be more efficient would be welcomed.

Thanks
