Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - how much would you pay for this track bike?

de bernardi frame 2004, columbus thron tubing

vittoria rubino tires laced to dura ace 7600 high flange hubs with DT Swiss spokes. 28 hole front wheel radially laced, 28 hole rear wheel 3X laced. rims are both velocity aerohead.

miche groupset (bottom bracket, headset, seatpost (rare chrome finish), 48 tooth chainring, crankset, chain, drivetrain is 1/8")

dura ace 18 tooth cog & dura ace lockring

nitto steel b123 handlebars, dura ace road stem

christophe cloth toe straps, black mks track pedals

ridden no more than 75 miles and has one blemish on the top tube from clamping it onto a workstand, extremely minor. i want to let go of it and build up a road bike, i have too many fixies and want to start riding more centuries with hills. i know this isn't ebay or craigslist, i just want a ballpark figure to start with...

how much would you pay is what you should ask yourself. if it is yours what did you put into it.

i wouldn't pay anything for the frame, not my style.
wheels; less than they're worth as parts 'cause i didn't build them (i'm not trying to be an a$$hole, but in my experience wheels usually sell for not much more than the hubs are worth. it helps thst the rims are velocitys, but you're probably better off keeping the tires and tubes; they won't add to the sale price).

my best recommendation is to break it down and sell it as parts. it's more of a hassle, but you'll recover more of your costs that way.

de bernardi's aren't rare, and with fall/winter coming up the market is about to see a glut.

Im going through the same thing right now. I picked up a used trek 1000. im probably going to switch over the parts i like and sell the rest on ebay or CL.

That's actually a pretty nice looking ride; if you were a month away I'd offer to buy it myself - other than that, I've got no idea what it would be worth.

With a Dura Ace lockring, that rear Miche hub is useless. Might as well be riding without one. And with those heavy ass rims, I'd rather just not have the wheels.
I'd give about £80 for the frame, £20 for the bars, £35 for the stem if it was longer and about£25 for the seatpost. Are the cranks the newer Miche that the chainring bolts thread straight into the crank? If so, I'd give a fiver for 'em.

So, adding it up... about £165 or $300

*edit, OOPS... Just re-read that the hubs are Dura Ace. That makes the wheels much, much better. Sooo... about $425.
