I want to go clipless and need help finding the shoes. With feet like mine I need to find the shoe then the clipless system to go with shoe. (13 with all the EEEEE's.)

You could try the Shimano sandals, which have nice velcro straps that can adjust to a wide, wide foot. But you may need to go up a size -- I take a 42-43 European, and needed Shimano's 43-44. They work with thick socks for winter too, perhaps with GoreTex covers if the weather is really miserable.
