Hi, IŽd like to find a light and small trailer to be hauled by my son. Any suggestion, specially equiped with big wheels for off road use?
Thanks.

This one has a suspension. I haven't ridden with it, but have read many postive reviews.http://www.bobtrailers.com/trailers/ibex.php

Good luck- what are you planning?

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. I do already own an IBEX trailer for me, but I am looking for one to be used by my son. It must be that small. I found that one, but its wheels are too small for off road use:

That looks cool- could you modify it (I know, I hate having to re-engineer stuff to make it work right out of the box) so that it would be more off-road worthy. Bigger wheels, shorten the vertical rise of the stem?

Hi, again:

I guess that, as you say, the big wheels will rise the stem, but I woudnŽt install a 26" wheel. I though about a plastic wheel similar to the ones right out of the box. I also mailed to the maker and I am still waiting for the answer.

I am from Spain, and you?

Hi again:

My son rides a wooden bike like that right now. He does it too fast and I decided to swap it by the regular one because of it. I have just found this small trailer specially designed for the wood bike that I will adapt to the iron one.

See ya.

Cristobal-

Didn't mean to blow you off (ignore). I haven't been able to post a reply for some time.

Looks like you got your problem solved- I've heard of wooden bikes, though mostly home built, but your son's look really interesting.

To answer your earlier question, we're right in the middle of the US, in Colorado's biggest city, Denver.

Take care,

Steve

Great picture!

I'd love to live in Crested Butte, but the 5 hour drive to the airport would seriously mess up my wife's work commute.
