I this a good bike for getting into racing? It is Felt's cheapest bike. I do not have too much money to spend.

It is much more important for you to be in race trim than your bike. The best race bike in the world would be lost on me, but (insert favorite Pro here) could smoke me on a huffy from walmart. That being said, Felt makes nice bikes that should serve you well for all types of riding
