The fork is backwards. Seems to be a common theme among X-Mart bikes.

Which also puts the disk brake on the wrong side and out there in front of the fork where it's more exposed. Nice one.

It's probably a "quick fix" to avoid liability in the event that disc brakes are legally found to be as unsafe as some have been claiming.
