On my team, there's a guy who works at another bike shop, not my local LBS. Sooo many people point me towards him to go to for a proper fit on my bike, so I went there today.
Once there, he sized me up, fitted me to my huge Panasonic racer, and then pointed me towards a mid '90s Italian bike with Look pedals and, get this, an almost-new (carbon fibre brake levers) Campy Record 10s gruppo, complete with campy wheels. I've seen bikes like this before, so my eyes naturally gravitated towards the new bikes with similar outfits, until he told me that the guy who sold the bike told them to get it to a junior (of which I am). The result of this is the price for me would be around $500 US!!!! And the best part: It's my size (56 cm).
I am sooooooooooo getting this when I get the cash!!!
