I've noticed that sometimes all threads will spontaneously get marked "read" when I refresh the screen or return from reading a thread back to the thread list. I do not click the "mark all forums read" button, but the forums do get marked read. This happens in Safari under Mac OS X 10.4.2 and in FireFox under Solaris 2.8. Is this a bug in the forum software?

I wouldn't have a clue, although I think cookies might have something to do with it. Has happend to me before, but not regulary...

It's not a glitch in the software. It does have to do with cookies. When you refresh the page, that's just what happens, unfortunately. :(
