Ok, my handle bars are slipping backwards when i bunnyhop, and I tightend it in the right way (X tightening) and there so tight they wont tighten anymore (if i tighten it any further they'll stripe). so i was wondering is it my handlebars or my stems falt (its a dapartment-store bike).

There may be metal shavings between the two. Do a search on the forums for slipping handlebars.

I'm assuming the stem has crimped your handlebars to the point where it can't clamp down any more.

1. Ghetto fix: use a pliable metal shim (coke can, or sheet metal, etc.) wrap it around the clamp area of the bars, tighten the stem.

2. Better fix: buy some S&M slam bars.

Use super glue and some electrical tape.... Or you could just get some...how about you just get a new bike, like a Haro, cause thats what EVERYONE else gets.
