The way the search engine is set up now, it's easy to use when results turn up short threads. On the longer threads, however, it makes finding information tedious. Specifically, I'm referring to the two stickies in the Road forum "What road bike do you have?" and "The Under $700 road bike thread". If the search engine was setup so that it could seek out individual posts, it would make looking for information in those threads exponentially easier. Potentially, it could help new people on the site that ask "what bike under $xxxx" find some information on bikes in their price range. It'd also help us lazy people that don't want to sift through a couple of thousand posts in a thread find info as well, instead of endlessly scanning for bold red text on each page.

Thanks for hearing me out

edit: nevermind, i just checked out advanced search and there's an option to display individual posts.

Thank you :)...I find the search engine here to be more than acceptable when compared to other forum software. :)
