Hi ppl,

Since I could never afford a downhill bike in my wildest dreams i have to stick to considering racing hardtail.

What i'm wanting to know is what chain guides/cages can I easily mount on my HT frame since i dont have the universal mount or anything like that.

Cheers

Most Chainguides attach to the bb shell. There is a boomerang shaped thing with 2 wheels to guide the chain. You dont need any special mounts. http://unrealcycles.com/uc-prod-drivetrain.htm has a bunch, scroll down to chainguides.
