Anyone have a support e-mail for Burley? I need parts. The corporate website doesn't have one, that I can find. The only e-mail seems to be human resources, and no one responds to it.

Hm, there's an email address for tech support and one for just general correspondence on their page, just have to dig around a bit. I've emailed 'em. Unfortunately I don't remember them or I"d post them here. They're great folks though!

burley is not good with emails. and they usualy make you go through a LBS to get them unless it is a warranty part. it's best to call them for a response.

Steveknight how recently have you dealt with them? I sent them two emails, one about something technical and one to tell 'em how great their trailers are, and got prompt responses, within a couple days. As for buying a trailer etc no, you can't buy direct but they'll sell you small parts, those cool Burley flags, etc.

I have sent Burley email several times through the Contact link on their web site. They have always responded within a couple of days. Also, when I bought the cargo rack for the Nomad there were some parts that were out of specs and didn't fit. They had replacement parts in the mail within a week, all communication done through email.

No, they won't.
I asked them about getting a replacement flag for my Nomad, and they would not sell me one. They told me I had to get one from a local Burley dealer. Naturally, none of the local Burley dealers have them, so I ended up getting a cheap generic flag instead, and it's not nearly as nice as the OEM Burley one.

Is Rivendell a Burley dealer? Or wallbike? Those are great for customer service, check them out, I agree, the Burley flags are cool.

Rivendell and WallBike aren't dealers for Burley stuff. Also, WallBike is gone, at least for the near future. They're in New Orleans.

The only way to contact them that I can find is one of those stupid mail forms. Since I must attach photos, it doesn't work. My e-mails to support come back. My e-mails to human resources - the only e-mail I could find on the site, go unanswered.
One of you who thinks Burley is responsive and anxious to sell replacement parts and provide customer service wants a convert, how about posting an e-mail address?

Sorry. I'm a bit testy. Without the trailer, I cannot get more groceries than fit in my panniers.
