Hi all, I'm unclear about how I measure the frame on my Peugeot U-08 frame. Im gonna put it up for auction on EBAY and I want to be precise about what the size of the bike is.

where do I measure? from where to where? I've read from center to top......what does that mean?? . I've also read tube length.. So if someone has a 23.5" frame, is that a measurement from the crank center to the top of the seat tube? (along the tube? along the angle of the tube? straight up and down) or what?

Thanks here is a pic

Measurement # 2 looks good; from center to top, it's a 21".
Top tube is measured from center of seat tube (sighting through center of seat lug, along the center of the top tube, to center of head tube.
