I just moved to Bloomington in July with my new and beautiful wife. I ride an old Trek 4500 that I have beaten up over the past 6 years. I am torn to what upgrade I should get. Should it be a FS mountain bike (something like a Gary Fisher Cake) or a road bike (perhaps a Specialized Tricross?). Don't know what to purchase because I would only be able to afford one new bike.
