Hi everyone my names Matt i'm 18 and i'm new to this forum and to cycling. I am a sanshou (chinese full contact fighter). But because of all of my training I have developed tendonitis in my achilles tendons so I haven't been able to train or fight. One of my physical therapist suggested trying cycling to stay in shape and help strengthen my legs. I've been cycling now for acouple of weeks I have been using my dads Trek pro 2100 composite road bike and I love cycling and hope to learn more and get better.
