Yeah I know, it's not a cycling site, however you don't need to be a skimboarder to appreciate this innovative web design.

BTW-----Drag the mouse over the cell phone.

not to be snarky, (i build sites for a living) but that site might have been innovative/progressive in 1997.

absntr's stuff (start here http://www.weightshift.com/ to see some) or gmail is far more innovative in my book.

in '98, I scanned my TI-83 calculator and created a web site interface from it.

not trying to be snarky, either. :D

You guys are killing me!

It figures.

Although I bang away on a G5 my primary contributions as an Illustrator for Nissan Motorsports and Formula One are accomplished with inks; and lithographs. I suppose I'm what you call "old school."

Yes, of course, I'll keep my day job as a Firefighter EMT-P.

BTW - dolface and adamkell

I just heard from Eric, aka raygunner. He just completed his first week in Chicago's Police Academy. He sounded tired. I told him I was toast after my first week in Fire Academy and to hang tough.

Just figured you two would want to know... cuz your the kinda guys that would email him to voice your support.

The first link just makes me miss Santa Cruz. Living in the valley blows.

That firsty website is not dial-up friendly, not innovative (image map or imagemap like designs are so 1990), not search engine friendly and ill betcha it wouldn't be very easy for anybody using a text reader or with other disabilities to use.

On a side note, my brother is going through the Police Academy in Albequerque, NM. He has like 6-7 weeks left.
