Just bought a new Guru Flight with Ultegra. Man I love it, But I need some advice on getting started. I used to ride about 3 years ago mostly off road. I was wondering what kind of training schdule to get on. I feel real out if shape in the saddle! Any advise would be helpful.

I started riding in early June this year and in July started upping my mileage too much. I got too tired and worst of all, had tendon issues. Build your mileage and intensity gradually and you will see better results. Give your body times to recover after days or periods of intense riding. I've since taken a more gradual approach and increased my cadence to avoid that extra torque on my joints and muscles. I think muscles adapt quicker than joints and tendons, so be mindful of this. Otherwise, enjoy the speed on your sweet new bike!!

Ahhh... Guru's getting popular outside of the home country. I see a lot of them around here -- they're built in Montreal -- but I had no idea they weremaking it into the States. Nice bike!
