I ordered a wheelset from Trackstar a few weeks ago and they finally arrived. Just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service I got from those guys.
First off, they sorted me out with the best price on the wheelset and the build quality is top-notch. The box got damaged in shipping and the area where my address was written was totally gone. Essentially, it was lost in the USPS system for about a week. They followed up, called USPS, found out when it was supposed to get here and consistently contacted me via e-mail and phone to see if they had shown up and if they were OK.
Even though it wasn't their fault, they offered me a nice concession for having to wait the extra time for the wheelset.
If you're looking for track parts and your LBS ain't got it... call Trackstar.
