I am getting into commuting and general biking using a road bike with straight bars. Long Beach, NY is where I hail from. My prior bike was a Raleigh road bike. Riding it was just for fun way back when and after it broke, I went bikeless for some 12 years. I'm back with a vengeance. Lots to learn - didn't know that much to begin with. heh heh ...
