Classic & Vintage - Frames: Raleigh Grand Prix, Steve Bauer Mistral or Lejeune?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I want to build up a city bike...ie: a road bike frame with straight handlebars but I want a good frame (I want to have some fun as well!).
For about $50 I can get any of the above. Any suggestions as to which is the best frame? They all seem about 1980.
Sorry, I didn't get the serial numbers.
Thanks

I am happy with my LeJeune, but there are a wide range of models, the good is that they were for the most part except the very cheap examples made for 700c wheels. The Raleigh was made for 27" which could be a problem getting a brake to fit 700's. Not familiar with the Bauer. The LeJeune suffers from French threading & sizing, the Raleigh suffers from Raleigh threading. Probably easier to get a French threaded headset, just more $. For the Raleigh you might have to buy a Raleigh or allied company 3 speed (not Gazelle made) to get key parts cheap.
If the LeJeune uses a 26.6 seatpost then it is one of the higher pedigree in the line.
I assume they all fit.
