Just wondering if it is healthy to ride 40 to 50 miles a day, approxitally 15 days out of the month. I ride about 12 hours a day for work in 100 degree weather. I drink alot of water but I do not urinate during work. That just seems weird. When I do urinate it comes out clear. I drink about half of a 5 gallon jug a day. Also I have a harder time sleeping during the days that I do ride.

Are you a bicycle courier or something? Taking 12 hours to ride 50 miles for training or whatever would be pretty ridiculous, so I'll assume it's the former. You're fine, just drink plenty of water.
