Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

i have recently shaved my legs as i am riding quite a lot now 180-320 km's a week and feel the need to massage and rub down properly to prevent fatigue on the following day. I noticed all the cyclists in the region shave and i was wondering the proper technique for rubbing down and shaving.

massage for it to be effective needs to be done by another person, to get the required pressure and force (it hurts like hell, but alot of pressure IS needed)
Use the search function Re: shaving... HEAPS of posts on the topic.
