I keep reading about Shimano Sora levers being reach adjustable, but I can't find out how to adjust them. Do you have to use an insert like some other levers?

Just below the top of the hood, right in the middle of the rubber, there is a small set screw. Crank it in for shorter reach, out for longer.

Top left of this diagram shows where it is.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I've already adjusted them to better suit my reach. My hands aren't especially small, but from the drops, the lever is much more comfortable now. Thanks.
