I just got back from a 3 day camping trip on the Red Bluffs in Missouri. Its about a 2 hour drive from where we live. We got there late Friday night and while making camp I was making plans for a long bike ride around,up, and on and back down the Bluffs the next day.

Well....after I put on my riding gear while I was doing a pre-ride safety check I found that my rear tire was freaking flat. I had pumped it up before I left for the trip and some how I must have gotten a slow leak on the last ride and now I am paying the price for it. No I didnt bring my pump and no I didnt bring my CO2 inflation kit. Nobody in the other camp sites had a presta equiped bike pump. I will NEVER leave home without the right tools again. We all still had a great time but I COULD NOT RIDE!!!! :( :eek: :mad:
