Has anyone heard of a BMX having disc brakes? I've heard of kits you can get but heard they don't work as well as you think they would.

norco has a bmx racing bike with discs on it. dont know how it works.

I had that idea, but to also put dirt jump forks with shocks on a 24 inch cruiser

Yeah, except they already make bikes like that. The difference is that your cruiser frame will break pretty quickly.
