Howdy,

I originally posted about this same bike in another thread:

HERE IS THE ORIGINAL THREAD (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=136824)

Anyway... I was a little suprised to find the bike in the condition that it is given the description. Seems as though my rose colored glasses have broken. Anyway, as I'm a newbie, if you have a moment could you look over this and let me know if I'm expecting too much from what was described?

I've created a page, originally to share pictures with the seller, that describes the situation:

HERE IS THE SITUATION (http://www.student.missouristate.edu/k/kbg676s/mamba_woes.htm)

Some feedback as to what I should have expected from the description would be great. I don't want to be unreasonable but can't help but feel I'm getting the short end of the stick.

Thanks,

Keith

Should have listened to Sydney. Saying that, The seller has obviously mis-represented the condition of the bike in the listing. But his idea of normal wear/minor scratches differs than what common sense would dictate. A minor scratch is not considered down to metal. A bent ring should have been mentioned. This seller is an idiot. Here's a link to ebay for what you should do ASAP.

This seller isn't going to do anything. Don't be afraid to neg him either.
