She is god. God I tell yeah!

I am listening to a best of Ella Cd. I have heard it many times before and it gets better and better. I mean her ability to scat is just crazy, crazy COOL! I mean making up stuff like that on an impulse is just amazing. I mean Jeez, JEEZ!

Its so cool how she can change her voice to being mad high, to being this low raspy voice. Shes well...

THE GODDESS OF JAZZ!!!!!!!!!

Yes, child. I understand. I'd get carried away too if I was hearing her sing for the first time. ;)

Ahh... Ella.... first dance with the missus at the wedding reception was her take on "Our Love Is Here To Stay." She's got an enchanting voice.

Ahh, Ella. But if you spin Ella, you have to spin Lady Day as well.

And then you gotta give equal time to Satch, not the known stuff, the achingly beautiful, sad, pathos that was Satch at his best.

And then the sublime completely envelops you, and so many hours have passed by you completely forget about the ride you had planned.

So you spin Ella again.
