Bicycle Mechanics - ATB Wheel/hub dilemma

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have some older Joytech hubs on 700c wheels that I took apart last night for maintenance. There has been a grinding noise for a little while and I think I discovered the cause: pitting on the races of the cones as seen in the attached picture. There is one large area shown and another smaller area on the opposite side. I assume this means I need replacement cones.
My problem is finding replacement cones. Harris Cyclery is the only place I've found that carries Joytech, but they are listed as rear only and have no pictures for me to ascertain if they are the correct ones or not.
So, if I can't replace the cones, I guess that means new hubs, which in turn means new wheels? Is this my only option? If not, what wheels are recommended at a reasonable price for an ATB type bike?
Cheers!
Duke
Did you check the wheels manufacturing cone selection in the QBP at harriscyclery.com Several listings for joytech.

What page are looking at? I only see 2 listings for Joytech as I mentioned in the OP, and neither have a photo or more information?
Thanks!

Dukes:- check the cup races inside the hub body. If they are pitted, there is little point in replacing the cones - the bearing will never run smooth again and will eat cones and new bearing balls in a very short time. In this case, a new hub is the only option for a proper solution to the problem. Anything else is just "duct tape" - sorry to be a doomsayer.
Best of luck
