So I bought some Look Keo Classics and some shoes last week. Took a couple of rides on them already. One thing I've noticed is that I'm really, really sore very high up on my hamstring (or right below my rear end).
Does the different pedal set make you use a different motion or different muscles, or did I just have a bad form ride? Anyone with similar experience?

If you change your pedals, you'll need to adjust your saddle position to compensate for the change in stack height. Of course, you may be "pulling up" more with clipless, leading to your hamstring soreness, but I would check out your fit.

I'm gonna make the call that you are pulling up. You use your Hams to pull, so going to clipless may just have caused this problem.

Also check out the placement of the cleat on your shoes, might be off.
I just finished reading the 'Serious Cyclist' ed Ed Burke and he mentions this being a regular occurance after switching pedals. The pain should go away with a week or two.

Give it some time....I took a month of 3-5 days week rides to adapt to clipless.
One morning I was riding and said hey nothing hurts any more.

When i first went to clipless, I had some "growing pains." I had more trouble with my ankles than my upper legs but i do recall some mild soreness. YOu will get used to it. You'll also one day notice you can climb things in gears that you couldn't before! ;)

Update: Soreness was gone after two rides. Definitely just growing pains. Still may recheck my fit at the lbs.
Did a 15 mile/3 mile brick this morning. Rode comfortably and still averaged about 1.5 mph faster than pre-pedals. Felt great on the run afterward. Didn't have the usual dead legs the first mile. Actually kept the same pace the first 3 laps around the neighborhood, and managed to speed up on the last. Definitely had more energy with the new pedal set.
Only problem was when I tried to get cute on my T2 transition. I had seen the elites on TV unstrap their shoes towards the end and ride on top of their shoes. Unfortunately when I tried that, my pedal flipped over, causing my shoe to drag. So I looked down and tried to fix it, but hit the curb. Luckily I managed to unclip my other shoe and land safely in the grass. Certainly gave my neighbor a good laugh.
