I bought a used bike....to make a long story short I need to raise the handlebars and the Delta Stem Riser is my only option.
However when I installed this today and took it off the stand, there was some play in the movement of the stem above the headset. I have the star flanged bolt (I think that's what you call it) as tight as I can get it with my hands.
Am I missing something here like a spacer somewhere?
