I have recently moved to Colorado and so I had to change my log in name. I was Moline and now am Molinee (pretty original huh?)
I just had a bike built by Red Rock Cyclery in Morrison. Trevor is the man! As you all know I was trying out different Cross bikes but didn't really want the drop bars and did want a little comfort. This LBS built just what I wanted for $1300. (Fitted)
Interloc Cross frame (steel) black and gold trim (sharp)
Kalloy UNO stem
Profile Design Ultra FR stem and PD bar ends
Shimano XT Rapid Fire
Techno 032 Monolith Gipiemme
Michelin Transworld City tires 700x28 (frame will take 32c)
FSA 7075/T6 (black)
3 Ring
Shimano 105 deraillers
Terry saddle (Mens Liberator)
Avid cantilever brakes
This bike rides like glass.... with road gearing.
I am getting anything from anyone for this .... just happy to actually get something that is all I anticipated and more.

I too have a cyclocross frame for road work.

Plus side - light, strong, canti brakes, much clearance for mudguards, 700c wheels, roadie compatible

Down side - NONE!
