Hi - just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a former roadie (from the 80's and early 90's) who got out of biking for a little while, and am now getting back in.
Current rides:
1. (In the process of building up) 2004 Specialized Allez frame with some parts from other bikes, mostly older 105.
2. 853 steel hardtail mountain bike converted to a singlespeed (with a Surly rigid fork). (Great for riding with the kids!)
Former rides:
Specialized Allez Epic, early 90's, carbon, etc.
Centurion Ironman Expert ('89) (still have this one, in pieces)
Bianchi Nuovo Alloro ('85)
Centurion Sport DLX ('85)
A couple of other old mountain bikes (Raleigh, Diamondback, etc.)
Looking forward to reading and learning a few things --
