I have a Truvativ ISIS FireX MTB crankset and Bottom bracket. The BB supports both 68 & 73mm bb shells and is compatible with E-type Front Derailleurs.
My question is, this BB lockring does not use conventional Shimano or Campy tools for installation/removal. It uses a Lockring with notches very similar to '97 XTR. However, the Truvativ lockring is a smaller 40mm diameter with 5mm square notches spaced every 15mm. It looks very similar to the '97 XTR or DuraAce lock ring but is not. I have the Park BBT-7 tool for the Shimano XTR and it does not fit. Park's only other tool seems to be the Hollowtech II lockring remover which is visably different.
What tool is compatible with Truvativ ISIS Splined Bottom Bracket Lockrings?
