Do you think that I can use a 20'' fork that uses a 20 cm threaded steerer with my Raleigh Twenty or should I keep my original fork ?

Yo Guy, do a search for the long thread on Twenties. In it me and others discuss at length the benefits and possibilities regarding forks. But to answer your question, i am not sure but why don't you just measure both bike and fork. IMO even if the fork doesn't fit this upgrade is def. worth it, particularly if you can find or order the cheap fork i mention.

It needs to be about 240mm. unless you modify the head tube.
