im in the market for a bridgestone Rb-1. i found a 1992 (red, 58cm) rb-1 frame/fork and headset in good condition for 275$. i know its only worth what one is will to pay, but does this sound like a fair price? Thanks!

I've looked at RB-1's for awhile and I've seen a complete bike (1991) in very good condition go for $410. I've seen a red NOS 1992 go for $1025. $275 seems a little high for just the frame and fork, but only $25-50 high. Much depends on what you mean by "good" condition.
