Lance has, or had, his own mechanic that only works on his bikes. It would not happen. If you know the guy who works on his bikes.

I guess you saw that too. Tubular tires that are aged in a cool dry cellar in the dark for four long years before they are installed on a bike.

According to the other thread on this picture (linked above), CyclingNews.com identified the rider as Benoit Joachim.
Or maybe it was just a mega-poser on his way to Starbucks.
