Hi!!
Can anyone help me to set up my LOOK pedals the PP-357, with my SIDI Genius 4 road shoe. How do i set up the cleats on the shoe. Any suggestions would be great.

Well, there is no real formula as everyone is different.
Basically since you have Sidis then you need to attach the adapter plate with the screw to your sole. Then you should take the cleat, put the washers in, and install it.
You can determine how far fore/aft and left/right position by putting the shoe on and figuring out where the ball of your foot is in relation to the pedal spindle. they should be aligned, so position the cleat that way.
to fine tune, just go on feel, most people can tell where there foot wants to be on the pedal by natural feeling, if you arent sure, try pedaling in your regular shoes and see where your feet are...there should be enough 'give' to put your cleat in a similar position on your road shoe. Be aware of any pains or strange feelings though in the knee area, as sometimes you can do damage to your knees if you have your cleats positioned incorrectly.
So: under the ball of the foot for starters, and micro adjust from there based on what feels good.

David,
I just went through the same thing and here is what worked for me.
I just pretty much centered the cleat on the shoe to start with. Then went for a short ride. I could tell the the cleats needed to be moved up for the ball of my foot to be over the pedal spindle. I came back and ajusted the fore/aft position. Went for another short ride.
Then I started to feel my foot naturally trying to go beyon the float limit on one side or the other, feeling a slight pressure. I then adjusted the cleates so that my natural pedalling position would be in about the center of the float.
I got the right cleat placed correctly the first time, but the left one was giving me fits. I actually didn't get it right until after my first long ride. I just took a screwdriver with me to make adjustments as needed.
Hope that helps.
