Hi from Springfield. I'm getting back into bicycling after being lazy for a few years. I enjoy both road and mountain bicycling. My favorite road ride is the Monster Cookie Metric Century and favorite off-road trail is the McKenzie River Trail. I'm always looking for other trails especially ones that you can coast for miles:p

Welcome to the forums.
What bikes do you own? Any pix of them or where you ride?

Hi!!

My parents live in Springfield. I was just down not long ago... I brought my bike. I love riding to Valley River Center and around the park.

Would love to tag along on a ride when I am done!

Hi RonH, I have a Raleigh road bike and a GT LTS3000 mountain bike. One of these days I'll remember to take my camera.

Hi bertt, the McKenzie trail has it all. Campgrounds and hotsprings
make for a nice weekend treat.

Hi Annie, bikes get around quicker than cars in Eugene-Springfield. I can get to Valley River 10 minutes faster by bike and it's all on a bike path.

So true on the ride to valley river. I also like the ride out Marcola Rd, then take it back to the park... then go to Coburg. Then find a Starbucks to rest and watch all the DUCKS.

I myself migrated north, to Corvallis... lived there for 10 years.. converted from a Duck to a BEAVER!
