Mountain Biking - Windsor Cliff, Woodstock 505 experience?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Hi to all. I'm new to the forums and am just getting back into mountain biking. I don't have alot of money to spend, and have been looking hard at the Windsor Cliff 4700 and Motobecane Fantom Comp. I'm also intrigued by the Woodstock 505. This seems to be an excellent value. I defer to your experience. What do you guys think of these bikes. I'm especially interested in hearing from anyone who owns the Woodstock 505. Thanks in advance.

Heard of the Motobecane, but not of the Windsor or the woodstock. Motoblehcane is called that for a reason, the mtb frames aren't too good.

Thanks. I got the impression that Motobecane was inferior to the others. The Woodstock is sold by a small company out of Georgia (www.woodstockbikes.com) and they seem to have their act together. The reviews on mtbr.com are all 5 out of 5. Hopefully someone on this forum has experience with this bike.
