Just a few pics from todays ride. First one, after over a week off the bike. Spent at sea level visiting the family. Eating a ton of good food, and not doing anything remotely resembling riding or running. Today hurt, after that.
At work tonight, and tomorrow night. Up early tomorrow to at least get a quick road spin in before work.
And then two days to hit the dirt again after that!
