Riding here is easy. . . .

Except along the coast line when the wind blows. Riding into a headwind is what I've heard So. Jersey riders call their hill-training.

My day started at sunrise with a long ride along the beach and a peek at the dolphins.
Yep, wind training. Climbing the bridges in a head wind, me against the cyclometer, takes me off the island in the the flatland that is South Jersey.
That was morning. It's still quite warm here with and ocean temp near 80.
Let's see what November brings to my cycling ... then I'll complain.

I live near Philadelphia so it's not as bad. However, I often canoe the Batsto river. It opens up into the Batsto lake near the coast. At the end of the day, you have to be very good to canoe the length of that lake into the sea breeze.
