Anyone riding the Rails to Trails Withlacoochee Trail (Florida) Bike Ride on Sunday, Oct. 2? If so, maybe we can meet up for a quick 'hello'.

I wanted to go, but the Gainesville Cycling Club's Horse Farm Hundred is the same day. :(

Yeah - lots going on that day. Hard to choose (except I can't do a hundred YET).

They have some shorter loops that are mostly through the horse farms and cut out the rather boring parts between Gainesville and Flemington. The rides through the horse farms are very pretty. Here is a link:

Looks like great fun! If I hadn't already registered for the Withlocoochee Trail Ride (and booked a motel for the night before) would definitely do the Horse Farm part. Thanks for the link - will look forward to doing this next year (and maybe be able to do the hundred). Biked a lot around Gainesville many years ago - one of my favorite places in FL to ride.
