Whenever I ride or just move my handlebars around my fork and headseat move just the slightest bit? Is this normal because It needs to flex or is this bad?? It a week old dk six pack,,,.....I took it all apart and put it back and tightend it back really tight and it still has play in it,Not a lot but enough to where I can feel it when I grind and ramp?
I dont want to keep riding it like this so I came to you guys.please help because I want to go ride...
Don't know what you tightened real tight, but what you need to do is loosen the stem bolts that clamp it to the steerer tube. Once that's done, you can give the allen bolt in the top cap a fraction of a turn, which should take the slack out. Don't overdo it, as too much preload will wreck your bearings. Then tighten the stem bolts again, but evenly, not one at a time. Got it?

Does it make a clicking noise kinda? I know mine did that a little while ago and it turned out that the bottom cup was cracked! Try getting a new headset or have your bike shop look at it if you cant tell there is a crack. ...especially if its a stock headset.
