Does anybody know of a bike computer with large, or even very large digits? I want to relocate my speedo at the end of the boom on my SWB, between the pedals, roughly 4 to 5 ft. from my eyes. By default, the speedo is right next to the stem, between my legs, and it's so low that I can't see it very well if I ride with baggy clothes or rain gear. What's more, I don't have a very good eyesight, so big digits are a must if I want to read the display from that far.

I googled a bit and found the Panoram V12 mini (http://www.topeak.com/products/computer_002.html): it seems to have big digits, and it's about the right width to fit on the boom without banging on the rings. Does anybody have experience with this computer? or something with even bigger digits?

ppc,
I have a Panoram V12 on my Trek 1200 and it does a very good job for me. As for seeing it from
that distance with poor eyesight....well that's another story. With my 54 year old 20/400 eyesight
I am hard pressed to see it at arms length. It does not have a backlight which might make it
tougher to see from that distance.

Overall I think it is a good product but it might not fit your needs. Also, you need to get
the magnet very close to the sensor for it to read. You might want to see if a lbs has one
that you can check out. Good luck.

**** I just checked your link and noticed that you found the 'MINI' and not the regular V12,
which means the one you are considering is even smaller than mine. Mine measures about
2 1/2 inches by 1 1/4 inches. *****
