so the CX season is coming up and I was thinking about slapping some knobbies on my conversion and dropping the gear and taking off to the races. Have any of you raced CX fixed. I was wondering how it is for the whole dismounting and barriers thing. Im not looking to be an actual contender as I havent raced since june and im not in top race shape but just figured Id end the season ( or begin pending how you look at it) with some fun.

MTB and CX both are notorious for the tremendous amount torque generated over and over again facing low speed obstacles and hills with spinnable gears. Make sure your conversion is up to the task but otherwise I bet it'd be fun.
