I put together an order for wheel components that I'm going to build up with my LBS. Primary goals: Low cost, high durability, not look like crapola, not weigh tons. Here's what I got:

Hubs: Formula 32h (essentially IROs)
Rims: Salsa Delgado CX 32h (eyeletted), at the shopowners recommendation.
Spokes: DT Swiss double-butted

The exact specification of the spoke sizing can wait, since the rims are on backorder. Just wondering what people on here thought of it.

If it's a cyclocross rim (I've also seen it pitched as a touring rim), it should be bomb proof. I've been considering the Formula hubs for my "best bang for the buck" bike.
