My name is Yusuf Zaid, I'm 58 yrs old 6ft 2ins tall and weigh 174 lb. I ride a British 1980s Holdsworth Elan that I built up from scratch. It now has a Shimano 16 speed groupset, double chainwheel and a new Brooks Professional saddle (ouch, still got a few miles to break it in).
I commute 20 miles a day and throw in some 10s and 30s during the week.
I started riding in Feb this year and I love my bike.
Joined this forum because you all seem a great crowd always ready to help and a good friendly bunch. I hope I can add a good contribution. Take care for now.

Welcome Yusuf welcome.
Thats some serious milage you are doing there. Guess you got the bug.
Holdsworth is a nice frame with good pedigree I had one that had been used in the Milk Race once( defunct tour of Britain) well done for building your own its a real buzz riding your own.

I have a Sister living in Gilston and other relations in Old Harlow. Small world isn't it!?
