a bit of advice please. have been testing bikes for a couple weeks now. Hoping to add a cross bike to my Ibis mt. bike and Davidson road bike. Torn between the Mountain Cycle Stumptown and the Redline Conquest. Big price difference, big decision. I'm reluctant to order the Stumptown w/o proper sizing as they 50 cm is the smallest they come. The measurements seem comparable to the Conquest. It won't be used for racing but for the type of city riding many of you describe...curbs, occaisonal trails, lots of rain here. I want something that gets up and moves, something fast and fun. Any input is greatly appreciated!! Thanx :D

i dont know what kind of bike i have
Thanx...I believe you're right. I tested the Redline again (after riding a dozen or so bikes and swiftly surpassing my former budget by thousands) and it is a sweet ride! Perfect for what I need really since I'm already set with Road & mt. bikes! Anyway, I'm heading to Portland this weekend to pick it up. Really the decision was made for me by the shops. Tried to build up the Mountain Cycle but couldn't get any response which has led me to switch shops! Once again, thanx for the input!
