Mountain Biking - Bikes w/ long top tubes

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
What mountain bike models normally tend to have longer than average top tubes? Any particular companies that tend to make them that way across their whole line?
I'm asking because I'm on the lookout for a used steel bike/frame and I'd like something a litter longer than what seems to be normal.
On-One is steel and rather longish. Priced new, they are very reasonable. I think Kona's are about average otherwise you could get an Explosif. Gary Fisher has a new steel frame coming out that should have a very long top tube.

GT and Gary Fisher are longer than needed for my taste.
