HI looking for a new bike in the next few days for general use I had intended to buy the saracen rufftrax but as i might have some extra cash i allso like the carrera vulcan and the gt aggressor 3 but am at a loss
for what bike to buy my budget is limited to £200.00 so any info would be great thanks frank

I'd say out of the two choices you listed, go for the Carrera Vulcan (I presume you are talking about the '05 one?). The frame is probably better than the GT, and possibly the components. If you can stretch another £66:66, get the Carrera Kraken for £266:66. For that, you get a Deore drivechain, and discs front and rear.
